Contact Fundamentals w/ Diego Romero

These classes are aimed at beginners and those who wish to brush up on their fundamental skills in contact improvisation. In these classes we will go over basics such as rolling-point, sloughing, meeting pressure, supports, offering and inviting weight, and safety within the dance.
